This is something on the foot path which is dangerous for foot path users. I tried to figure out actually what it is but my brain didnt work to find the mystry. BY the way it is between mosque near telphone exchange and ajial centre. This type of things on footpaths passageways and on roads needs governments serious attention.
This footpath is in mangaf shopping area behind sultan centre.This is example of most kuwaiti footpaths which are left uncompleted or left witout finishing touches.Dangerous and accomulate rubbish

These are photos of newly built footpaths in fahaheel near multi story car park.
They have built these foot paths recently and some are already broken or left unfinished as usual in kuwait
