Rumaithia post office is located in coop complex of Rumaithia.
I have visited this post office once to buy stamps and second time to post two packets which were refused by safat shamiah and they accepted it without any questions.
I will check again and see wether they offer cheap rates for small parcels upto one kilo.
I will post comments regarding this matter

I have visited this post office and asked the counter clerk if she could provide me copy of price list but she said they dont have go to Ras Salmiya post office.
Funny thing with kuwait post offices is they try to send to other offices and you ends up with nothing
